Adds volumetric vapor cones to planes when breaking the sound barrier.
Installation Instructions:
If you have the original version of VaporCones installed, delete the existing VaporCones folder from your GameData directory.
Extract the downloaded VaporCones2-1.x.zip and place the VaporCones folder into your GameData directory.
