adds ModuleGeneratorAntenna, which makes antennas consume EC for supporting CommNet.
- Deployable Antennas consume EC when they are extended
- Un-deployable Antennas support new enable/disable action, so they work and consume EC when they are enabled
Default rates depend on Antenna rating and type (changeable in the config):
- Relays rates is exponential and relative to 100G: (Rating / 100E9)^0.4: so 100G Relay is 1 EC/s, and 5M Relay is (5E6/100E9)^0.4 = 0.019 EC/s
- Direct antennas rates 2 times lower: (Rating / 100E9)^0.4 / 2
Supports DmagicOrbitalScience, NearFutureExploration.
The plugin was excluded from the CommNet Antennas Info at the v3.0.0 (KSP 1.9)
